About the ProgramLead with power and purpose. Pursue an MS in Leadership and Innovation

The Master of Science in Leadership and Innovation (MSLIN) prepares leaders and aspiring leaders to navigate change with clarity, integrity, and purpose. In a time of rapid technological disruption and constant uncertainty, organizations need leaders who can think strategically, engage and inspire others, and make ethical decisions that earn people's trust.

The MSLIN helps students develop these capabilities through applied learning that integrates leadership, innovation, and ethics in real-world contexts. Graduates leave better equipped to anticipate change, guide others through it, and foster environments where people feel safe, valued, and motivated to do their best work.
