Biography

Alix Orlinsky is a graduate student in the College of Health and Wellness pursuing a dual master’s degree in Sport, Exercise, and Performance Psychology and Business Administration. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology with a minor in Nutrition from Indiana University. Alix’s research examines the psychological factors influencing vertical performance and strength, with an emphasis on how mindset, focus, and recovery impact physical output. Her broader interests include mindfulness, visualization, and the integration of ACT and MAC approaches in performance enhancement.
